Create professional 360 panoramics in no-time! The GoPro 360 panoramic head, provides you with perfectly stitchable images, which allows you to create high quality professional panoramics.
How does the 360 panorama head works?
The 360 head is placed between the landing gear of the DJI Inspire 1, if you are an experienced flyer you can take off and land out of the hand, in other situations you can fly from an object from a box or a bucket.
When you are flying with the Inspire 1 with the 360 head on it, you can fly the setup to the destination which you would like a 360 panorama from. There will be no need for using a FPV video link cause with the 360 you will have a very wide range of view.
Once the setup is on its position you need to let the Phantom position itself with ‘GPS mode’, once it ‘hangs on position’ you can press the included remote, this will activate the 360 head and the GoPro now it will shoot automatically perfectly aligned images. The 360 head is aligned on a perfect angle which generates perfect ‘switchable’ images. The horizon and fully downwards is included within the 360, the sky needs to be added manually. For stitching in our examples we use PTgui, and for adding the sky we use Photoshop.
